Tied to a real purchase
Each review invitation carries a token tied to the transaction record. If the token is absent, expired, or unmatched, the submission cannot be verified.
How we verify →Three things no mainstream review platform can say.
Each review invitation carries a token tied to the transaction record. If the token is absent, expired, or unmatched, the submission cannot be verified.
How we verify →TheyVouch staff arbitrate disputes. A merchant cannot remove a review by raising a dispute, and the outcome is never for sale.
About moderation →One profile holds all three review types: how the merchant performed as a seller, what buyers thought of specific products, and how after-sales service delivered.
How it works →Three handoffs. Each one independently verified.
When a merchant confirms an order, the transaction record is registered with TheyVouch. No transaction record: no invitation.
The shopper receives a unique invitation carrying a signed token tied to that specific order. The token cannot be reused or shared.
The token is matched at submission. Only then is the review purchase-verified. TheyVouch staff moderate; the merchant does not control the outcome.
